Communication - Small word counts..

A manager should do is to cloud his mind with strong 'goods' and 'bads'.
 
Words form a very small part of communication. The manner in which they are spoken, the body language, the inner man behind the one speaking those words play a very big role in communication. When the inner man is prejudiced with goods and bads, then, the listeners lose interest. The speaker may use more and more words to explain, but some sort of psychological game would start between the listening team and him.
 
I am not an  MBA and the only small book on management. I have read the book as called "The Art of War". One of the commentators says this:
 
"A good general finds all kinds of men useful. The intelligent would work to establish their merit, the brave would work to realise their ambitions, the greedy would work to generate opportunities for profit and the fools would work unmindful of the impending harm".

It is concluded from the above that,  it is very important not to be biased.
