66Salwar Kameez is very popular attire across South Asia. It is being considered as National Dress in Pakistan. Salwar Kameez is also called sometimes as Punjabi Suit.
Salwar or Salvar are loose pants, wide at the top (hip) and narrow at the bottom (ankel). Salwar will have some gathers at the top and worn with at the waist by a drawstring. It is also known as churidar.
Kameez is actually a word from Arabic, it means a shirt. If the kameez is transparant, then the woman normally wears a camisole underneath.
To top it all, a dupatta is worn along with kameez.

I wear salwar kameez only.Never wear any panty, No bra in house only when going some places. My kameez is always long slit. I wear loose tighten salwar and lower at hips, with body movements salwar goes down lower than my pubic area and backside lower on my ass crack but it never fell down. I am very comfortable and I have not faced any problem from my husband or family members. It gives me good feeling free of any tight fittings on my body. I know some other women are wearing almost my way but many women wear salwar above their navel and kameez with a short slit. I can recomend those to try loose fitting and low hip salwar and they will feel easy and healthy.
