Children are our blessing.

They say: little children- little problems, big children- big problems. To tell you the truth, children are always problems, no matter what age they are. They continually need our time, our love and our care. They are capricious, naughty and helpless. Still we love them and care about them because… they are ours. However, nowadays people can’t spend much time on upbringing because more and more people, especially women work. Some are so much absorbed with their careers that can’t allow themselves to have a baby. Simply they don’t have any time. But now I’m talking today about lucky ones: who do have children.

If you are a working mother.

Let us model a situation: you are a working mother and you have one or some children. It does not matter, why you work. You may earn money because you have to rear your child alone (surely, rearing children demands money); you may work because of satisfaction and self-realization the job brings to you. The reasons can be different, but the problem remains the same. Who would look after your dears in your absence?

Who can help you?

>

Don't give up! There are some ways out. If you have your parents nearby, it would be a great help. You can always trust your offspring to their care. In the case your friends are not busy that day and they are willing to give you a helpful hand, you can also use it. Sometimes you can ask a good neighbor to look after your children. Providing you don’t have any of these opportunities, you can resort to nanny’s help. It would be an ideal situation, if a nanny is your good acquaintance. If you are not that lucky, you can hire a nanny through an agency.

Just one more tip: don’t trust an unknown person. Even if the references are perfect. Even if it seems to you that the person won your favor, if children like him. Time will show what kind of person you hired. Too often people change their opinion on the person. You’d better check nanny’s public records. Just to secure yourself that the person you hire don’t have incrimination, that he is not charged with any crimes. You can easily do it through the internet; there are a large number of sites to obtain public records on any person, including criminal records. Have a nice nanny search!
