Where do I begin? I went online to a well known online auction (not ebay). I bought 2 items or tried to buy 2 items. The 1st. items I bid on I won and the money was taken out of my bank account through paypal. Than the auction told me that something was wrong. That my shipping address and billing adress was not the same and I said well. It didn't stop them from taking the money out of my bank, so after a week of trying to pay for this item and giving up.Phone calls where impossible, I got a recording than I got a email telling me it would take 2 work days to fix the problem.Email after email never fixing the problem. It never got fixed, but after 12 days I got my money back. the 2nd item I bid on the auction company kepted bidding on this item even after I stopped bidding. So I email then on this problem, you know the story 2 working days. The auction was over my bid was twice as much as I wanted to bid but I won, and to this day I haven't gotten the item that cost me more than I wanted but the good thing was the 2nd seller sent me his phone number and after I left him a message he returned it asap and we did the deal over the phone person to person. Don't get me wrong the 2nd item was a good deal if I ever get it mail can be slow. But the point was I didn't want to pay that much, but I did and there's nothing I can do about that. The only thing I can do is tell everyone I know what happened and not to buy or sell @ this online auction. They are big and well know so my little problem was no problem.
