ReadPrint.com

ReadPrint.com advertises as a free online library. It's target audience is students, teachers, and classics enthusiasts. This easy to navigate site boasts an impressive number of online classic works. With authors ranging from Louisa May Alcott to Robert Frost to Edgar Allan Poe there is no lack of knowledge here. Readprint.com has also devoted an entire section to Shakespeare himself. It includes some of his most notable tragedies, histories, comedies and poetic works. Along with the wealth of classic literature the site also provides useful articles for students and literature enthusiasts alike. Articles such as "How to Excel as an English Major," "How to Understand Imagery in Poetry," or even "Writing Magazine Articles," display the level of diversity found on this site. The site is easy to navigate making finding what you are looking for a snap. Everything is broken down into easy to understand categories in which you can scroll through to find your desired piece of literature. For locating something tricky you can always use the handy search bar. The library can be searched by title. If after all that you still cannot find what you need they do accept requests and will work to find you your piece of literature. In addition to all of the wonderful literature aspects of this site they have one more bonus point. They offer coupons to a huge number of online retailers. You can get coupons for virtually anything. Some of the more popular ones are Dell, GAP and Amazon.com. This is a great resource if you are looking to find classic literature for school, or personal use.

These can be found on the site and are free of charge. Another section of the site is devoted to research. There are categories within this section such as reference, biographies, non-fiction and religious texts. For a student or a researcher these texts could be very valuable and once again are free of charge. Bibiliomania.com also provides you with opportunity to become a registered user. This allows you to access their message board where you can interact with other users. Also if you want to search the site it is required that you are a registered member. Registration is free and anyone can join. Bibliomania.com also has one other unique feature. They offer shopping for books and textbooks right on their site. They have cultivated a collection of books designed to make your shopping experience easier. This is a unique feature to their site. Well worth checking out for all the above reasons.

Eserver.org

EServer Books Collection has one goal and that goal is to make book-length writing accessible to online readers and researchers. EServer was founded in 1990 and was based at the Carnegie Mellon University. Since then it has grown to include all book length collections online. At this point EServer Books Collection has been directed away from monographs (book length projects) and includes classic literature. It now hosts three groups of literature available online: fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. Some of the fiction includes Beowulf (which is also included in the poetry section) and an extensive library of Edgar Allan Poe's work. In the nofiction section you will find numerous autobiographies, including Ben Franklin. The nonfiction section also includes work by Mark Twain and Oscar Wilde. On top of that there are articles like "How to Publish Your Book," which are available free of charge to anyone. The site is extremely user friendly and easy on the eyes. The works are printable and there is a search bar and a site map if you are having trouble locating a piece of work.
