Thousands of products advertise online to day promoting easy way of how to make money online. They promise something like this, you can do it, this is very easy, you can make money now, there is no selling, no need to talk to anyone, the system will do it for you, a 13 year old made a thousands dollars, $5000-$10,000 part time earn for the first month, an inside secret of an ex-Google expert, the marketing guru reveals, 5 hours work per week, I am here to help you, I'll take you by hand, An easy step by step guide, you do not need money to make money and the lists go on and on.

I dearly wish with God's mercy and giving abundantly allows all the above to come to pass. Everyone will be happy and all our dreams come true. We all live the life we want and enjoy the freedom only the few abound. However, Marketers trick and twist only to make you buy their product without a sincere consideration whether it delivers or not.

There is a true story told by Ann Sieg in her Renegade Network Marketers P.116 when she was approach for a business opportunity:

I had an interesting experience with a company in this industry a few months ago. I won't share the name or website with you, but they offered a completed automated, totally "hands-off" system that required no work whatsoever on the reps part.

Their website used phrases like...

"No Selling!"

"No Cold Calling!"

"Make Money 24/7 With Our Automated System"

"Let Us Do It For You"

"$49 Can Earn You A Six Figure Income!"

We'll call him "Bob" - approached me and asked me if I would put together a phone script and sales training program for his distributors to use.

I found this very peculiar seeing as how his website specifically said that "no selling was required"

I said, "Bob, I'm a little confused. Why do you need me?"

"Well, we'll never be able to hang on to any of our distributors if they're not building relationship with each other. The drop out rate will be horrible."

"Right I understand that" I said, "But I guess I'm still confused because on your website it says you don't need to talk to anyone and that the system will do everything for you. Am I missing something here?"

"Now Ann, come on now. You and I both know that's not true," he said with a guilty little chuckle.

He then went on to say he knew full well their site was lying to people and that those of us "in the know" are well aware that one-on-one interaction is necessary for retention.

I politely ended the conversation and told him that I didn't think we were a good fit to do business together.

There are thousands and thousands of products and services doing exactly the same as above. It leads Internet Marketers and Home Based Business Owners astray. Many are pursuing their chance and opportunity(s) at the expense of others. They deliberately lie and misleading.

How Much Did You Pay For Your List?

We have been taught the lifeline of business is our list, money is in the list. Hence the first and foremost task is to build your own list. The focus then is to get out there with your lead capture page/landing page/web page encourage prospects to sign up for further information. This could be a 5 days course or may be your newsletter.

Once you sign up with your email contact you start receiving email every day from whoever you sign up with. They simply do this through an auto-responder sending you email every day for five, ten days and ever and ever. Sometimes they send you two emails for two different products. The following week they add on another one. This goes on non stop! Their main excuse is to help you? But let me warn you before hand, look out for more advertisement.

Every marketer has a high profile emphasis to build your list. Why? Because it is your ATM Machine, they teach. When ever you need money, you just simply sell to that list and that's how easy to make money online.

One Guru Marketer confessed, ‘The most important element of my multi-million business empire is my list. If ever for some reasons my business go down to day I can immediately re- build it to where I am at no time with my list.' Meaning, she can easily sell to that list she got. That is why they treat their list the greatest asset of the business.

Marketing books teach the importance and priority the need(s) and problem of a prospect. Meaning, the only way they can join our business and buy our product is to know what they want and we give them just that. We did just that and he buy and join our business, thanks God. Now we elevate him from being a prospect to the position of customer and have his name in our list as such.

Now the customer list is regarded the most important of our list (there are prospect list as well) Why? Because they bought our product. And because they bought our product they have a recording in our mind, they will buy again and again and again.

Having in mind ‘the will buy again and again', meaning we are going to sell to them anything anytime we want. Why? You are in the customer list. May I please ask you another question; Is customer list mean the customer approving you to harass him anything anytime? Have you ever asked him that?

What hurt me most in this practice is that while the customer is yet to learn, test and implement the eBook he just bought, you bombard him with your next offer, next and the next.

Let me say this again, this practice is contradicted to marketing approach you teach. Customer is always first, now your pocket is. Customer is the why of our business, now pride is your greed and destructive selfish.

Our Company Policy will Secure Your Email/Contact Details

It took me three months before I buy my first product online. Also I signed up some newsletters and some free online training. Few weeks later I was astonish with emails coming to my inbox as well as my bulk mail. I said to myself, wow this internet thing is incredible. It did not take me long for the world to know that I am around. I should have had my email address long time ago.

It did not take me long to have 100 emails in my inbox at least per day and rocket ever since. Mind you I just started on internet and email as well. I fall into bad habit of buying online with all these email advertising cabbages especially with those that say, how to make money fast.

It cost me a lot of time trying to clear and delete these email. Sometimes it took me one and even two hours doing this email cleaning. Many hours too spent trying to unsubscribe from someone list and they reply back you are successful and will be no more mail. Very funny, after a few days they show up again.

I suffer this spam for unnecessary long time because I can not stop them interrupting my system even having a second or third email with Yahoo. So I reply back to many of these people threatening to report to their ISP. These people come back apologizing for their emails that they have my contact through a bulk leads he bought from ABC.COM. I did not believe this at first but coincidently with a product I just bought from a Guru online. Inside the eBook I was surprise to find these words, You can easily make money by selling your list to your new customer. They are your property and you can do whatever you want. I dearly love this person's new book but this is not what he said inside his book.

People Love To Follow a Leader But...

A Leader is someone we trust because we know him in many ways. We know him in his fantastic bios. He made millions of dollars every year, he created and own some known products on the market. He has so many luxuries like Ferrari, BMW, million dollars home, yacht, and Caribbean holidays and so on.

Following a Leader is a good marketing approach and is recommended. That big name of the guru is the owner of the product and you buy it. Receiving your product and you study it for a week or so then you contact back the office of the guru for some clarifications. After a day or two, you got your answer back and found you know better about the product than the person answered. Then you send another email asking for a telephone conversation. You receive the reply saying they only deal with customers through email. Then you send another one to the big Guru and you receive a NO reply. Why? He is busying counting your money and has no time to talk to you.

Going back to the Sales Pitch, the Leader (owner) writes, I will take you by hand and will not leave a stone unturned. I will walk you every step of the way, and I am only a phone call away. This is my third year online and already spent more than US $27,000 online without a penny yet to recover. I received so many emails and the Sales letter with the face (photo) of the owner trying me to buy his product. When I buy his product there is no way in the whole wide world for him neither to answer my email nor to talk on the phone. This is typical on the net.

I live here in South Auckland, New Zealand. Sometimes I had some friends from overseas coming and I take them to the Plaza Hotel in the City for a dinner and site seeing. I paid three times more for the dinner if we had at a hotel restaurant here in South Auckland. Why? Because I am paying for the name of the hotel in the City but not the food we eat. What is this to do with internet marketing? All the product and service of the known leaders in internet marketing are very expensive because we are paying his NAME and his FAME but not the cost of his product and is a normal practice.

Surprisingly the impact of modern computer technology worsens the situation. When you buy a product, they send you to a thank you page where they want to sell you another product at a much discounted price they say? It is a one time offer and you're not going to see it again even if you go back or refresh your browser.

This is a very nice trap where marketers put together a bunch of old PRL products, eBooks or some affiliate products and place it right in front of you. This one time offer usually cost more than the expected one you want to buy

You are not giving a chance to know more about the second offer, how about a sales letter. Some of these products require technology skill like HTML code or even zip files. I ask one of my Mentors why they do this. He said, ‘Marketers are smart seller'. God bless you!
