How Nutritious is Your Food

More evidence is popping up everyday about the need for the right ingredients our bodies need to keep us healthy.

If you look at the shear numbers of humans who are health challenged to any degree, you begin to understand that the knowledge of what we should put into our bodies is not wide spread.

It is amazing really just how much resistance there seem to be to this knowledge which spreads from individuals, to politicians, to agriculture conglomerates even to medical professionals.

One of the biggest case in point is the resistance to organically grown food.

I can understand the mega Pharma. - Agri – Chemical Conglomerates fight to the end for the use of all the synthetic chemicals in food production. At that level of business, it seems to be acceptable to “alter or hide the total truth” for self preservation. We learned this from the tobacco industry (which just happens to be interrelated with the aforementioned).

“All's fair in mega business”

Are Lowest Cost Foods Worth the Odds?

The Answer is no for me. The idea of lowest cost food is not worth the odds.

How many children do you know with health issues...

  • asthma,

  • attention deficient disorder,

  • leukemia,

  • obesity or

  • other mental and physical problems.

It sure seems to me that the ratio of who stays healthy is dropping everyday.

These health issues are increasing in direct relation to the amount of processed foods being produced and consumed. Which taken to a logical conclusion means, these health issues will decrease in direct relation to the amount of live whole food based nutrition that is consumed.

It is amazing that for many, having a big home, a really nice vehicle, designer clothes or shoes are essential –

But safe nutrition cost too much!

If the direct health issues were not enough for making the decision to go for organic or naturally produced whole food nutrition – The cost to the environment and the cost of cleaning up the environment should tip the scale completely.

If we stop or at least slow down the introduction of synthetic chemicals into the environment we might be able to clean it up before it causes catastrophic consequences. We are already to the place where there is nowhere you can go without some amounts of these chemicals.

The cost to all of us through either taxes or cost of goods when companies have to do the cleanups, is going to get higher and higher.

The first place to start rectifying all these issues is to only eat certified or naturally grown products...

  • They are higher in nutritional value which gives your bodies the building blocks it needs to be as healthy as possible.

  • Your body is able to finally rid itself of these chemicals which have been stored in fat cells because it just couldn't keep up with the volume.

  • The environment is spared from the synthetic chemical load because of the Simple Truth – If you won't buy it they won't produce it.

  • The cost of producing these products will stabilize or drop because more of us will use our phenomenal abilities to innovate.

Just think of all the technological improvements that have come about in the last 30 years.

We should not be ashamed of the progress already made, but of the stagnation in learning what is best for Our Health and the Health of the Environment.

I think the next 30 years will be looking much better --- That is what growth is all about.

Look only to Certified Organic or Naturally produced nutritional products --

  • No Synthetic Preservatives

  • No Synthetic Fertilizers

  • No Synthetic Pesticides

  • No Synthetic Herbicides

No Synthetic Chemicals in your food!

Eat and live healthy

How truth it sounds. An amazing amount of people are worried about having a new car or designer clothes but do not worry at all about what they are eating! If someone is lucky enough to be able to choose what they eat, then they should make an effort to eat healthy.

I'm not able to grow all of my food, and organic produce is not easily accessible for me. There are only a few foods at the commissary that are organic. The closest health food store is an hour away. So I either keep eating pesticide filled produce, or pollute the air just to get the nutrition I need. This is ridiculous. I hope I can find organic produce when we move to Okinawa.
