hello my friends

People want omega 3 benefits, and I think that omega 3 benefits are important but I want to forcus on something else. Something that is just as important Senator!! I am sorry I just got back from a political rally and my nether region is still a blaze friends. But any doohicky, there is this thing I want to discuss. Orac value, and understanding the orac value of foods is a great way to stay healthy, and a great way to stay trim. To often a lot of people try to get away with eating bad foods, and they wonder why they have a spare tire or butter ankles to go along with that Big Mac. Well it is pretty simple, fast foods are cheaper and maybe even more importantly fast with little clean up, than say going to the store spending an hour there and picking out chicken breast and say... greens. Then you have to come home unload your kids and all the groceries and take them into the trailer. After that you have to sort, seperate and put all those things away while your kids are goofing off and dirtying the Howard the Duck sofa you love so much. This is no good for anyone.

Maybe you can even throw in your best multivitamin from the vitamin shoppe and enjoy the benefits from that as well. This page was made to bring about a little conversation and even for some people a little change. I know that if you pay attention to the orac value of your foods and the orac value of your sole you can definitely live a longer happier life. I started paying attention to the orac value of my foods and things really started to happen for me.
