P90X WORKS

I have recently purchased this program and am thrilled with the results. I have been on the program 2 and a half weeks, and I can already feel and see the results. I consistently have a LOT more energy and have been sleeping better at night. My abs are beginning to show and my arms and legs are toning up, i have lost 2-3 pounds already!

If you are looking for a miracle diet, or a "10 minute workout" to get you in shape, this is NOT it. P90X is a workout that will change your body in 90 days, because of good excersise and eating habits that you will begin developing right away! Tony Horton has put together an amazing combination of stretches, moves, lunges, ab workouts, chest and back workouts, shoulders and arms workouts, kenpo, cardio and plyiometrics. This workout will kick your butt! P90x can bring everyone to a higher level of fitness and health, whether you are nothing but flab, or just a skinny shrimp, P90X can help. Now, it is best to be in resonable shape when starting on this program if your goal is to keep up with Tony Horton and finish each set. However if you are not in reasonable shape, you will still be able to begin the workouts and start perfecting the movements right away, then concentrate on weight and resistance as you loose flab.

This workout is great for both men, women, and teens too! As you go through the workouts Tony explains how men can use higher weights and lower repitition on certain excersices to obtain incredible muscle bulk, while women can use lower weights and higher repitition to obtain sleek toned muscle. This truely is a versatile workout program.

P90X requires about an hour of your day. And will change your eating habits. BUT...not once on this program have I felt HUNGRY! Instead of long terrible lists of foods to avoid, Tony's fitness and nutrition guides(coming with the program) lay out what kind of foods you should eat for the different phases of P90X. First you will shred all the excess fat, and then begin building the healthy muscles in your body.
