Wikipedia: "wiki" means "A web site or set of web pages that allows almost anyone to edit and add content" and pedia means "book of arcane facts". Now their is a commercial wiki in the market called PAIDWIKI where the individual pages are sold to the owner for $49. ie if you own a page for a some topic like "desktop" by paying the paidwiki $49. you can publish the content on the page about that topic. It means that you will own that page and can contol upto 50% of ads inventory on that page. Apart from the ads you can also earn more by referring to their service and when a page is created by your refferal you can earn upto $23.

The service depends on the success of creating the number of pages. if there are not many people who does not like to buy the pages then this might not work but 49$ seems to be reasonable and there is a great chance to get enough pages created under you. the serach engine plays the pivotal role in increaseing the chances of earning more bucks from the pages and ads too play a major role in it.

well this is a complete commercial business which you can see in the name itself and the chances of getting the articles in the search engine depends on the web content rather than the link itself. if your page is good enough to get into the top 10 results then your are ought to get enough bucks thought real traffic on to the pages. This model will really get into track if its content is good enough to attract the users so i guess its the right time to buy the page and get into the track and earn the big bucks.
