Everyone loves dogs and cats but not everyone loves the smells that they leave behind

Theres nothing like having company over and having someone make a comment about the way your home smells. Maybe they don't do it to your face, but they ARE thinking it or telling someone else.

The question then becomes.... How do I safely remove the stain or odor left behind from my pets?

Step 1: Soak the urine up with a white rag or cloth immediately!

Step 2: If you do not own any household ammonia then you will need to buy some- You will mix ammonia with water 50/50 and apply this liquid to the effected area of your carpet. Let it sit in the carpet for 30 seconds.

Step 3: Remove all liquid from the carpet with a wet-vac or use a towel. The goal is to soak up all the uric salts and fats left from the urine.

Step 4: Flush the area out with water and repeat step 3.

Step 5: Let area dry.

Step 6: Place a glass cup over the spot where the urine was, hold the glass there for 60 seconds.... Then pick the glass up and smell it. Do you still smell urine? If so, call 800-466-8299 immediately and have a professional from NW Green Clean solve your problem. If it doesn't smell... then congradulations, you just solved your own problem :)
