Pets love technology, too. There are all kinds of gadgets and things available to make your pet's life easier and more comfortable. Technology has done wonders for humans, but it also has benefits for our best friends and companions, whether they are cats, dogs, fish, birds or other pets. There are even gadgets to make our lives with pets easier (no more visible litter, for example). All you have to do is look online and you can find a cornucopia of technology and inventions geared for the furry creatures we live with.

If you have cats, you know you can't keep them out of the closet. they love dark, cozy places to curl up and sleep and will climb your nice work clothes to get to that high shelf. I'm sure everyone has lost the leash a time or two when Fido saw a squirrel he just had to have, right? this eliminates that, as Fido remains securely strapped to your waist.

Regardless of how you use it, technology can be a good thing for you and your pet. Just don't allow technology to take the place of human involvement! Just because they make a self filling cat bowl, for example, doesn't mean you should leave fluffy alone for days at a time thinking it will replace a cat sitter. There isn't a substitute for a person to care for their animal.
