Most Recommended FM Broadcast Radio Transmitter for your FM Radio Station
72
See that setup above? That's your typical micro FM Broadcast Radio station. Also dubbed as Pirate FM Radio where illegal. Micro FM broadcasting was the podcasting of a much cooler generation. I wish, one day, I'll be born in that generation. A time when the internet was not yet part of everyday life. Ahahahahaha!!!
Anyway. When setting up your own FM Radio station, you have first to be aware of the law around LPFM (Low power frequency modulation) i.e. of course if you want to be on the safe side. Where's the fun in that anyway. :-) Micro FM Broadcasting is not just about broadcasting radio programs. It can be used as tour guide (you know... left stereo channel in English... right stereo channel in Klingon). It can also be used in Boy Scout jamborees and the like and other occasions that information dispersal is needed.
Personally, I have two uses of FM Broadcasting that I really like. One is servicing a city block or the immediate community (a range of two kilometers) and for communication. Communication in a sense that you can talk continuously with another person or group (they got to have a transmitter too). Yes the internet can do that too but where's the glamour in that. Communicating this way gives it the luster of the retro years. Its not private if someone happens to dial into your frequency though. But still.
I only need a transmitter with a power of one watt to accomplish all the things above. Just enough fm transmitter juice to stay inside the arms of the law... and some extra to jump into the otherside from time to time.
Where can you get this FM Broadcast Radio Transmitter? Your looking at one below. A well rounded transmitter that can reach up to 300 watts of power by just adding an RF amplifier).
This is the only place where you can buy this practical FM Broadcast Radio Transmitter for your soon to be popular FM radio station.
CYBER MAX MICRO+ (v3) 1W FM transmitter package
Your not getting those cheapo FM transmitters being offered in the market today. This is not a Ramsey. If you know what a Ramsey is then you know what I'm talking about. Ramsey's are for kids... CyberMax are for cool adults. Uncool adults still go for a Ramsey. Hyuk! Hyuk! Hyuk!
Here's a few words from the world's best FM Broadcast Radio Transmitter manufacturer about the CyberMax:
This is a small, but well built and reliable 1 watt package, with high quality stereo transmitter (with LED vu meter), mains power supply and four convenient antenna options. This package can be powered either from a car battery or mains power supply. Magnet-base mobile antenna can be either used in a car or in indoor situations since the heavy antenna base with built-in magnet ensures convenient stability. High gain antenna option sends signal in one direction mainly, but provides excellent range. GP antenna provides good and nicely priced all-directions range. Comet antenna provides best all-directions range.
Perfect for a church, advertising (housing, shops), special occasions, drive-in cinema wireless sound distribution, translation, tourism....
So there you have it. Go for it. And forget about Podcasting for a time. You'll also probably need the goodies I listed below. I recommend them. Because, if you have to set-up an FM station set it up right the first time. :-)
