Plan A Great Wedding
65What Makes For A Great Wedding Day?
There is no single thing that makes for a great wedding day except to do everything you can so that everyone enjoys themselves and has a happy day. The most memorable wedding celebration is the one where everyone remembers what a happy day it was and it doesn't matter how much you spend or what wedding day extras you have.
Pink balloons will not make a bad wedding good but you can have a great wedding without spending a lot of money. It all comes down to what you think is important about your wedding day. The best things in life are free and the best part of a wedding is free. Focus on the important things that are the true meaning for what a wedding is and what it represents.
Planning Is Important
A wedding is a big event in anyone's life and you do need to plan for it. Simply turning up on the day and going through the process is likely to make for some amusing out-takes on the videos but it might be disappointing for the couple getting married.
Think ahead and plan for what you want to happen at your wedding. Make lots of lists of all the different aspects of the wedding day. Write down anything that could be relevant and don't just focus on the big things. Little things like planning on having one person being responsible for advising people where to go and where to park can make such a difference to how enjoyable the day is for your guests. The little things matter.

Too Much Organization Can Spoil The Day
You want to have everything planned and you will want to keep everything more or less to plan but being too particular about every aspect of the wedding day can make the whole event feel like a production process.
Allow some flexibility and don't allow yourself to be phased if things don't go exactly right. A relaxed and happy wedding day will always be much more memorable than a wedding that feels like everyone is being processed through a timetable of events and photo opportunities.
Some weddings look like they could be in a magazine but they are not enjoyable or fun to be part of while, on the other hand, some weddings feel a little disorganized and yet they are some of the best weddings to be a part of. It is important for you to find the right balance that suits you, your partner and your friends and family.

The Most Important Part Of Your Wedding Day
The most important part of your wedding day is obviously the actual marriage ceremony itself but in most weddings the most memorable thing is the feelings everyone had on the day. Happy smiling faces are always a good sign at any wedding and if you can send your guests home feeling they had a wonderful and enjoyable day that is far more important than whether you managed to get enough pink swans or flowers.
Don't let the pressure of planning your wedding spoil your day. Just have a great day and have fun.
