All About Private Label Rights
64What can I Do With PLR Products?
There are many benefits to selling Private Label Rights (or PLR) products but I am just going to give a few of them here to give you an idea of how useful they can be to any online business.
What you can do with resell products all depends on the rights that come with the product but generally you have full rights to do whatever you want.
Here are some suggestions:
You can rewrite the product. Even if you are not an expert in your niche you can easily change the content of a PLR eBook. You just rewrite it in your own words to make it a completely unique product.
You can put your name to it. This is a good way of branding yourself as an expert even if you know nothing about the subject. When people see your name on an eBook and find the content to be god quality they are more likely to buy more products from you in the future.
You can put your own price to the product. Having the rights to add your own price to a plr product is very important. This means that you can lower the price to beat the competition or you can raise the price to make huge profits.
Another use for plr products is for just personal use. If you have an eBook with private label rights you can break up the content into smaller articles to publish on ezines, or you can use it as content for your website or blog.
The possibilities are endless when it comes to plr products. This is just a small sample to give you some ideas of what you can do.

Knowing Your Rights with PLR
Knowing your rights with PLR product is very important. This is so that you don't waste any time or money on products where the rights are limited. Also, the profits can be greater depending on the rights that you have if you have an eBook to sell. The rights that come with a product can be very confusing to the inexperienced so I will try and explain each type of rights in simple terms.
Resell Rights - This is where you can sell the product for personal use only. With these rights you can't change or modify the product in any way or pass on the rights to resell the product. These are probably the least profitable rights so it would be a good idea to check out the other options before you purchase any products with these rights.
Master Resell Rights - This where you can pass on the resell rights to the customer, which means that the customer can also sell the product but only for personal use. These rights usually cost more because of the rights that come with the product but you can also charge more so the profits will be greater.
Private Label Rights - These are the most flexible of all resell rights products because you are able to modify the product any way you like including content, title and you can even put your name as the author. Private label rights come in three categories and it is important to know the difference of each.
- Limited Private Label Rights - these types of rights come with certain limitations. In most cases you can modify the product any way you like but you cannot pass on the private label. Other limitations may also apply, for instance you may be able to sell the product but not give it away or can only give it away as part of a package.
- Unrestricted Private Label RightsYou can do anything you like with these rights. This means you you can modify the product any way you like and sell or give away the private label rights to others. Due to the fact of the unconditional rights, these types of products lose value very quickly as the market soon becomes saturated with the same product.
- Non-transferrable Private Label Rights - These are the most valuable of all rights as it allows you the right to change the product any way you like but not pass on the private label rights to others.
To conclude, if you have an eBook to sell, or any other product for that matter, always check what rights you have for that product.
