I often imagine how life could have been...

if i would have followed my heart, with you i could have been with then.

Instead i now can only wounder and reminisce...

on what the life i could have had and how i settled for this.

But at times i cant help but wounder if i  had one last kiss...

if i would havestayed with the one my heart will always miss.

My darling even I know even if our paths never again cross...

its only my fault i let you get away and forever  be my loss.

I ask of you only one thing and its just..

to always remember the memories we shared, and this is a must.

Even so it was little time we had...

it was worth a lifetime of happiness and for this I'm glad.

It seems though god had a different path for me...

but you will remain the true love that once set my heart free.
