Vera Bradley is my all-time favorite line of fabric handbags.  In fact, I love them so much, I even write about them frequently on my blog!  I like to chit chat about the new styles, provide updates about the semi-annual outlet sale, talk about the company's involvement in the fight against breast cancer, and more... 

I guess you could say that I'm addicted!  However, I'm not alone - many of my readers feel the same way as I do about this line of handbags and accessories.  However, occasionally someone will come along and question my attraction to this designer:

I have owned Vera Bradley handbags for a long time, and I can provide several reasons why they are so addictive.  I will just cut to the chase, and list them here:

I love their fabric patterns.

Every season the Vera Bradley company adds several new styles to their signature cotton fabric line.  These patterns are eye-catching, offering colorful combinations of floral, paisley and geometric shapes.  For those who prefer neutral styles, they also offer a line of solid colored microfiber purses, totes and accessories.

I love their attention to detail.

This company gets an A+ for their attention to detail.  Every part of the bag adds to its styling - the size and location of the pockets, the quilted stitching, and even the zipper pulls and tortoise toggle closures.

I love their quality.

The Vera Bradley brand is synonymous with quality.  Their fabrics and stitching are made to last season after season.  Many of their styles are even machine washable, a further testimony to their quality.

They are affordable.

Although they do cost more than similar bags purchased at the big box retailers, they will last much longer.  However, when compared with many of the other big name brands, they are one of the least expensive.

I love all the coordinating accessories.

Vera Bradley also makes wallets, cases, luggage, and other accessories that coordinate with their bags and totes.  These are also made with the same attention to detail and quality that the company is so well-known for.  I love the fact that I can buy a wallet to match my purse, knowing that both will last a long time.
