PPC Coach Scam? The Absolute Truth Revealed

Have you ever wanted to get into PPC marketing, but didn't know where to start? Have you tried setting up an Adwords campaign, but had problems getting impressions and clicks? In this review, I'll detail my experience as a PPC Coach member and I'll let you know whether the site is worth joining or not.

First off PPC Coach is aimed towards those new or struggling with PPC. If you've ever been slapped by Google on your Adwords campaign, then you'll definitely want to look into PPC Coach.

When you first sign up, you'll gain access to your PPC Coach member area. The front page is pretty basic, but has links to the various sections. The three most important sections in my opinion are the forums, the videos and the tools.

PPC Coach Forums

This is probably the most important area of the the site. Here, is where you will be able to ask questions and get help on your PPC campaigns. You'll also have the advantage of reading the questions and answers of all the other members before you. PPC Coach himself does a really nice job trying to answer all questions, but there are also many other members like Harry1970 who are great contributors to the forum as well. The forum itself is sub-divided into several subforums like the Main Forum, Google Adwords, Landing Pages, and the Monthly method forums. If you're just starting out and have created your first landing pages, you can go to the Landing Pages forum and ask someone to to take a look at your landing page. In just a short while, you will get several members offering you their constructive criticism. The forums really are a great resource for helping you out.

PPC Coach Videos

Many people are visual learners, and PPC Coach offers a nice collection of videos on various topics. Each video is narrated by PPC Coach himself, and he does a nice job showing real life examples in each video. Included are videos that describe PPC basics like Keyword research and Landing Page creation. Then there are several videos that show you how to use the various PPC tools. Watching each of the videos will give you plenty of ideas on how to structure your own PPC campaigns.

PPC Coach Tools

Besides the community, the tools are probably the best part of the PPC Coach membership. If you've ever tried creating your own landing pages, you know what a time consuming process it can be. And if you want to start multiple campaigns at once, you'll need to create multiple landing pages. This is where Landing Page Generator comes in. LPG is a script that you install on your server that makes it a breeze to create landing pages for your niche. All you need to do is customize a few variables in the script and you're good to go. This tool is an awesome way to setup several different campaigns at once. Landing Page Generator is just one of the many tools you'll get access to in the tools section. There are several others including ones for generating keywords, Adwords campaigns, and much more. Its definitely a section you'll be making use of.

The PPC Coach Tracker is an excellent PPC tracking tool on par with the excellent tracking script, Prosper202. This is a self hosted script that you install on your own server, and besides all the standard features you would expect, the tracker gives you the ability to rotate your own landing pages, rotate offers, and get 100% accurate cost data from your Adwords account.

Although it is not technically a PPC Coach tool, WP Easy Polls is a quick and easy to use poll creation tool. It is completely free and has some advanced features not found in other poll tools like offer rotations, built in double-meta-refresh and customizable themes.

Still under development but coming soon to PPC Coach will be its very own PPC Ad Spy Tool. If you ever got caught up in the hype for Google Cash Detective, then you're going to like this tool when it's done. It's going to have a massive database of keywords so you can search for any niche you want and get results right away. This is unlike tools like iSpionage which only allow you to search for your own set of keywords and you have to wait a week or do to get good results.

So what don't I like about PPC Coach? As I mentioned above, the site itself is a little disorganized. There's a lot of great information on the site, but it can be a little difficult to find. It would be great if the Quick Start Guide would actually have links to some of this content instead of the simple flow chart that's there currently.

I also would like to see a trial membership to PPC Coach offered. Maybe a 1 to 3 day trial? All the tools are linked to a PPC membership account, and you'd only get access to the Month 1 method so I don't see what's the harm in offering something like that. Currently, once you've paid your $40 you have no recourse to get a refund. Still, PPC Coach is a good program and I think most people will be happy to at least stick it out for a month on the site.

If you always wanted to know how people were making the big bucks with PPC marketing, then you'll want to check out PPC Coach. You'll get the training, the help, and the tools to start your own successful PPC campaigns. If you think the $40 membership is too much to spend, then you probably shouldn't get into PPC marketing in the first place. There's quite a large learning curve to being successful with PPC, and its such a boon to have PPC Coach and the community helping you out.
