Dominate PPC with PPC Kahuna
65PPC Kahuna is a new pay per click course that includes everything you need to become successful with PPC. Its creator, Jason Katzenback is one of the most successful internet marketers out there and if you have read or used any of his stuff, you can definitely tell he knows what he's talking about. He's been involved with products such as Traffic Kahuna, Portal Feeder, Syndicate Kahuna, Traffic Travis, and is the voice behind JohnCow.com. As a member of PPC Kahuna you will get step-by-step training, awesome tools, and a great community that will help you become a successful PPC marketer.
What's Included With the PPC Kahuna Membership?
There's really a ton of stuff included with your PPC Kahuna membership, so let me summarize what you get.
PPC Kahuna Keyword Research And Spy Tool - This is a windows desktop software that allows you to track your competition's keywords and ad copy. With it you can see exactly what keywords they are bidding on in Adwords and see what Ads they are doing well with. This is basically comparable to services like PPC Bully and iSpionage.
Blitz PPC Campaign Blaster - If you have done any PPC marketing, you know that creating ad campaigns manually by hand is a huge pain. Using Blitz PPC, you can create hundreds of ads and ad groups in seconds instead of hours.
Blitz Landing Page Creator - Allows you to easily create landing pages based on the keywords and adgroups of your campaigns. As you know landing page quality score is quite important, so this tool will help you a lot.
PPC Kahuna Tools - These scripts are available online inside the PPC Kahuna membership site. This includes the Keyword Manipulator Tool for cleaning up your keyword lists, the Keyphrase Multiplier tool for generating tons of long tail keywords and the Ad Copy Wizard for figuring out the best ads to run. This is just a few of the tools available and there's actually plenty more useful ones.
Monthly Affiliate Blueprint - Each month, Jason will show you a new affiliate product to promote. He'll show you his site, his analysis of the product and landing page, his approach to selling the product, the competitor's ads, keywords to use, and PLR content that you can use on your own blog to promote the product. Basically you have everything you need to start making sales. I really love what I see here.
PPC Kahuna Forums - The forum is still relatively new, but it seems to be growing. Jason regularly is on there posting answers to people's questions.
14 Day Challenge - One of the biggest problems for internet marketers is to actually go out an implement the methods they read about. The 14 Day challenge is a case study by Jason himself as he focuses on getting you up and running and making sales in less than two weeks. Each day has a different training with video where Jason teaches you step by step on how he turns a brand new site into a profitable one. So far, I would say this is the best part of the membership.
Whats also nice is that all the available tools also include their own training videos, so you can get up to speed with them very quickly. As part of your PPC Kahuna membership, you'll also get access to a lot cool bonuses. For example, one of my favorite tools is Traffic Travis and you'll get a free upgrade to the PRO version with your membership. There's also tons of extras like landing page templates, graphics, and other nice resources.
PPC Kahuna vs PPC Coach
I am currently on my 9th month with PPC Coach so I think I have some authority on comparing these two PPC coaching programs. I will state first off that I have done quite well with PPC Coach's techniques and I will definitely be remaining a member there for a long time. So how does PPC Kahuna stack up to PPC Coach? Well first off, I will have to say that PPC Kahuna has a much more polished feel. All the tools that I have played with so far on PPC Kahuna are very well made. My only quibble with their desktop apps is that they are for Windows only. As primarily a Mac user, it's an annoyance to have to get out my windows laptop just to use some of the main PPC Kahuna tools.
Everything seems better organized on PPC Kahuna, especially for newbies. I think Jason does a better job handholding new users with the 14 Day Challenge and the Monthly Affiliate Blueprint and everything is a little more personal since you see his face on all the videos. PPC Coach has been around for much longer, and but the really useful information is all over the place. Coach will definitely answer your questions if you ask, but you are more or less expected to find the information on your own.
Where PPC Coach shines though is the forums and community. There are so many more members of PPC Coach and everyone really tries to help each other. PPC Kahuna really can't compare at this point since its so new, but perhaps they will get there eventually. The other advantage of PPC Coach is the price. A PPC Coach monthly subscription will only run you about $40 a month while PPC Kahuna is $77 a month. However, PPC Kahuna does offer a 30 day money back guarantee which PPC Coach does not have. So really, there's not much risk to try PPC Kahuna out and see if it works for you.
For another opinion, one of my buddies started this PPC Kahuna Blog, and it gives a real in-depth look at the course and how it worked for him.

What Do You Think Of PPC Kahuna?
Hi Derek,
I haven't used GCD myself, but I think it has a bunch of keyword data already collected for you. Plus I think it is quite a bit more powerful. With PPC Kahuna, you have to manually input and scan keywords yourself. But yeah, it definitely is a lot cheaper than GCD.
Hi bogleg,
Thanks for the added info, so...PPCK doesn't actually go out and find a keyword list for you from a root keyword, like Keyword Elite for example. So, you would need a keyword research tool as well as PPCK - is that right?
Just grateful if you could confirm that.
Thanks
Derek
Yeah, that is true, but something like the free Google Adwords keywords tool is good enough for most purposes. I have Keyword Elite, but I find it too slow for my liking.
Actually one of the nice things about the whole PPC Kahuna membership, is that Jason really goes step by step on how to use the tools. You can see everything he does in his videos and he is quite thorough.
Thanks again bogleg.
Agree Keyword Elite can be a bit frustrating sometimes. I hate it when it get's to 82% and just sits there looking at you for six hours! Having said that I find Project 2 very helpful in finding high KEI keywords to base hubs and articles around.
Thanks again
Derek

Hi bogleg,
This looks like a really good product. Chris Carpenter was seeling GCD at hundreds of dollars, this seems to have most if not all of GCD's functionality and is a small percentage of the price.
Thanks for this,
Cheers
Derek
