Do you want to dramatically Improve your odds of falling pregnant?

If you've just started trying to have a baby, or have been trying far too long, you need the necessary resources to help you conceive faster. To put everything into place so you have a much better chance of getting pregnant each month

You are probably asking yourself what mistake am I making? Am I timing everything wrong? Am I using the wrong position to get pregnant? How frequently should I have sex? When do I actually ovulate?

Begin by avoiding some of the most common mistakes almost everyone makes when trying to get pregnant.

Here are the best 10 tips I could find on increasing your chances of falling pregnant...

Tip # 2

A few studies have shown that excessive consumption of caffeine (more than three cups of coffee per day) may add to fertility problems.

Tip # 1

Don't get up and run to the bathroom right after you make love. Lying down for at least five minutes afterwards increases the odds that the sperm will make it to the awaiting egg! Ly and cuddle a while!

Tip # 3

Make your vaginal surroundings as sperm-friendly as possible. Keep away from vaginal sprays and scented tampons (which can cause a pH imbalance in your vagina); artificial lubricants, vegetable oils, and glycerin (as they can kill off sperm); saliva (because saliva can also kill sperm); and douching (because it alters the usual acidity of the vagina and might wash away the cervical mucus that is needed to carry the sperm).

Tip # 5

Measuring the levels of hormones in your body gives a reading that can tell you when ovulation is approaching; giving you 24-36 hours advance warning. A few kits measure hormone levels by the old pregnancy-test way of the “pee stick”. You hold the monitor in the urine stream, and a readout on the stick shows whether you are in your fertile window or not. These kits are rather consistent and easy to use.

Tip # 4

You may want to spend a lazy weekend at a romantic B&B. Stress and the mind do more than we know to control fertility. Try to relax and stop worrying about it, rather try to be positive.

Tip # 6

If you've got the energy to make love at least every 48 hours, you will guarantee that there's a fresh shipment of sperm waiting in the fallopian tube at any given time.

Tip # 7

If you know your cycle and have a regular 28-day cycle, "you take that number [28] and subtract 14, and that should give you the approximate day of ovulation. That is the day to work around

Tip # 9

There are no scientific studies regarding the best sexual positions for baby-making but the missionary (man on top) position is typically considered best for conception.

Some people say that placing a pillow under the hips and keeping legs raised after sex may enhance the sperms' ability to swim upstream

Tip # 10

Healthy weight women have an easier time getting pregnant than overweight or underweight women. Studies show that women whose body mass index (BMI) is below 20 or above 30 have a harder time getting pregnant, so it’s a good idea to try to get yourself into the 20 to 30 range before you start trying.
