All you need as you expect the new baby

At the beginning of your first pregnancy, you need some good advise that will help you till the baby is born, because not all women or young ladies have the opportunity of getting people or mothers who will advise them on how to prepare for their new baby, certainly your going experience so many strange and unusual things. Every woman experiences some symptoms of pregnancy at some point, and in different ways, even if they do not realize that pregnancy is causing their physical or emotional issues. Every pregnancy is different and everyone’s body has different reactions during pregnancy, and let me tell you this, that your first pregnancy experience, might also be different with your second or their pregnancy. However, if you do know a bit about what to expect, may be through ear-say from experience mothers, or reading from a book, of course, you will have less surprises and then a more enjoyable pregnancy and save delivery

Now the first trimester could be very physically demanding on some women, with an extensive variety of reactions to the hormones and growth within their body system. Morning sickness is one of the most common symptoms, but not always in the mornings, could happen anytime, but you definitely feel that sign of sickness. Vomiting, could occur at any time of day and then brought experience of smells, spiting, large breasts, bloating, extreme fatigue, and frequent urination are also common. Very early on some women experience implantation bleeding or spotting. A small amount of bleeding is not uncommon, but any symptoms should be discussed with a medical professional. Just note that the symptoms will come and go but some will not experience much of this, but some women will even sick throughout the period, so the body varies.

And then on the second trimester, most of these early symptoms of pregnancy will disappear or lesson and then you be free a bit. So many women enjoy this second pregnancy stage greatly, because as your energy levels return and that early morning sickness, vomiting disappears. There are a few new symptoms that can come up at this point that are very common. Psychologically, you may experience much weakness in your body, and so many reactions that could make one to look either tired always. As you began to prepare your body for the baby arrival, you will experience, leg swollen, dizziness, west pain, and heartburn are also common occurrences, on some women and in the middle of pregnancy. While these symptoms are not in the main cause for concern, always make sure that you keep your doctor up to date as to what is happening with you to avoid unnecessary wanted occurrence

Lastly, the third trimester of pregnancy, the symptoms of pregnancy can be awesome. At this stage you may just feel sick of the pregnancy as you await baby arrival, as the baby is growing the belly is becoming bigger, the breast larger also, then the early tiredness, fatigue now comes back due to carrying around the extra body weight here and there you know, you start experience also feet swelling, hands hacking and swelling, pains either on your right or left leg, palms hacking, back ache. You will notice some stretch marks and veins on various parts of your body. That is while you need some continues checkups as may be prescribe with your doctor so that it will help you to control the symptoms.

Note that your body will definitely go through many changes during each pregnancy as I pointed out above and may not be exactly what or how it was before. So when you know what to expect, will sure help you to handle these changes with ease, Also note that the symptoms varies from the woman body to another woman, As such standard consultation with a doctor should be the better way of having a healthy pregnancy and above all save delivery at last.

The husband is not left behind; you have a lot to do for your wife, at this stage, she needs you the most, so you will be there always to help her body.

Checking your weight

During the period of your pregancy it is advisable for you to check your weight to know how much you weighed during the period and then compare to when you were not pregnant. Your doctor should be able to check this and let you know either to limite your weight gain or to increase the weight by suggesting some good drugs to help you.

Type of Foods

You need some good variety of foods, to help you and your unborn baby. Espcially fruits, vegetables, fish, properly cooked meat, beans, etc are well recomend for pregnant women. You also need lot of water, to prevent constipation and hemorrhoids, common complaint of pregnancy. Avoid sugar-laden juices and sodas. Also Raw and undercooked meat should be avoided as it might contains bacteria which can lead to food poisoning. So it should be well cooked and is piping hot.

It is also suggested that it is best to avoid eating all soft ripened cheeses and blue veined cheeses, like chevre, camembert, brie etc, ripened soft cheses are less acidic and contain a lot more moisture than hard cheses, because it is more susceptible to backterial growth and that could harm ones body.
