In seconds, a little cheaper, more suitable as if you're not a very big consumer of ink (it uses cartridges monoblock not separate) we recommend HP C4580 (XL cartridges in its Amazon: Black, Color), Wi-Fi also, overall very talented and quick. We regret that we should buy a photo cartridge in option to get the the best in this mode photo.

Actual speeds of 5.2 pages per minute in normal color mode, 7.3 ppm in monochrome and 23 ppm in draft.

These speeds are about average for quality more than satisfactory. With the exception of draft mode, where black is shallow, text and graphs provide good clarity. The texts are deep black and accurate characters. Graphs, in turn, offer truly homogeneous solid areas and characters clear.The cartridges that are very low capacity too expensive. We recommend you switch to high capacity, (once they are shipped empty), to return to a lower cost per page was a little below the average 7.2 cents per page

Lexmark announces 25 pages per minute (ppm). It is close to that figure in draft mode at 19 ppm on our test documents. Obviously, in standard mode, the result is less: 4 ppm color, 6.5 ppm in black and white. Competition is often better (up to 7 ppm at Epson), but for personal use, this criterion is relative.

A 10 x 15 lot in 1 minute, count just under three times (2 min 50) for A4. The fastest models out 10 x 15 in 40 seconds.

Very good news: These times are valid for USB as with WiFi. Switching to wireless does not slow release.

Quality

The office is good quality with accurate color, the clearly legible and accurate well as blacks. The flat areas of color are homogeneous.
Photo printing is less impressive. This is satisfactory enough for a photo album, but HP and Canon are best made with the nearest lab. We can remove the drops, buying a photo cartridge (# 31) which will increase the bill.
