First download the particular PSP game you are wanting from the internet and save in a dedicated folder on your PC. Ensure that you have a PSP Memory Stick in the PSP, preferably 2GB or higher. Connect a USB cable from the PC to the PSP console and when the cable is connected, the PC will recognize the external hardware and a drive letter will be displayed on the PSP. Now drag and drop the game file to the PSP using the PSP to Game path. When the transfer has been completed (i.e. the game file is now on the PSP's memory stick, remove the USB cable.
