I found this list in a forum and decided to update it with sites I knew of and the result is a pretty long list of sites that scammed me or other people. By providing you this list I hope to prevent you from wasting time and money on those sites. If a site is not on the list please report it so I can add it.

How to discover non-listed scam sites?
5 Checks you should do:
- Always check their advertising rates if they payout more than they ask for an ad something is fishy. Such a model is economicaly unsustainable.
- Do a whois search, in Linux and Mac type "whois domainname".com to find info about who hosts the site. On windows you can go to whois.net and type in the domainname. If the server is located in some exotic place like China it's a sign. If the name of the owner is hidden it could also be a sign but not necessarly.
- Do a Google search for the name of the site + the word scam. If you get many hits, it should ring a bell, also read the post about it on a few forums.
- If there are unreasonable rewards per click like $100 or more it's a scam or at least a way to deceive people. Ptc's are always paying bewteen 1/10 of a cent to 2 cent per click. Anything more is doubtful.
- If it sounds too good to be true it usually is
Note:
Some sites are more clever and build in protection to prevent legal issues. For example some put in their terms payout after 100 years or put 100 USD where USD doesn't stand for USD but for something else or they puta $ sign but it's not US dollars but some high inflated currency or a virtual currency with next to no value.

Well that is the purpose of this list to show you all the sites you shouldn't signup under
Hi Mate this is real good info. But first of all you can't legally sued them says who? Your time cost money, your isp cost money, your electricity cost money, your pc cost money, your operating systems software cost money so if they caught you with a scam sue them for that. Then they also has a isp and a domain registrant complain to them to remove the scammer (buggers) from they services and I believe that there are guys that can block them on the internet also. Then they use big legal companies like BOSE, SONY, YAMAHA,PAYPAL, WESTERN UNION, EGOLD to much mention to catch prospects affiliates. Put a complaint in to those companies also that they could take legal action against the PTR & PTC sites for putting their companies in a bad light. I believe that all the PTR & PTC site has something to do with Bidvertiser because all of them use bidvertiser on their sites.
Let we get these people of the Inet they put the Inet in a bad light. Don't just blog it send a e mail to the ISP, Domain Registrant, and the big legal companies, and banking companies.
Send this to all your friends by e mail, and blog it all over the world. And most important e mails or phone calls to the companies and Isp involved.
LET THE INTERNET COMMUNITY TAKE THEM OF
Of course you can sue them, but some ptc's make terms that cover them against such actions, nobody reads the terms and agrees with them. If you agree to the terms well than you should know what you signed up for.
Ok are you gonna sue someone, pay a lawyer for $20 you lost?
It's gonna cost you more in legal fees. Most of these scam-sites operate outside the US.
so that's another hurdle.
Bidvertiser well that's just because they don't mind to have
their ads on PTC sites. They are based in Israel. Another
thing when one dissapears two other appear it's there to stay
just like emailspam my friend.
Let The servers take control of that.
Hi 1 dollar the other day I've check on whoiswho and find out that there are some of the ptc's register in San Francisco which are in the USA. Then I can't understand why some companies let their names to be used by scammers and spammers?
I've seen big companies going down because they got a don't care attitude.
Isn't there a ptc control company which verified a ptc company. And if it is verified that users know that they can register with a peace of mind.
Ps There aren't $20.00 involved but $1590703.50 after they have deduct $450000.00 and then there are that paid in Euros250000.00. And I've have read their policies and abide by that. When I started to making noises they tell me I can advertise for life for free so many links as I wish. I have advertise with the one ptc company just for me to click my own adds. I did complained about that and the answer was "We expierence difficuties with our server but the problem will be resolved. Lol what a lot of funny guys.
Yourhotmails.com is a scam too!!!They don't pay and they give your eMail adress to other spam sites!!! Don't get scamed, and DON'T pay them anything no matter what they promiss.
Auction ads didn't pay me either and now they changed their name to shopping ads

Fly-feild.com is a full scam. I reached request limit which was 1000000 and know there site won't come up. instead I get the slumdogg millionaire advertise site.

Site Logr is a TOTAL scam. They do not have access to stats, I repeat... they DO NOT have access to server stats, neither does Alexa. Complete waste of your time! P.S. they are affiliated somehow in more ways than uselessness and stupidity.
