Attack of the Puffs Facial Tissue with Vicks

Why would anyone want to write about Puffs facial tissue? Easy, I'm setting at home with a cold! I've suffered from allergies all my life. I live in the central U.S. which has got to be one of the absolute worst places for allergies. As a child, neither I nor my parents realized that most of my "colds" were allergies or allergy related. So my nose has really gotten a workout over the years. As a result I've become very familiar with facial tissues and think I've tried most of them.

I came across Puffs facial tissues with Vicks kind of by accident. I had ran out to the store one day to pick up something when an overwhelming urge to sneeze hit me. You've probably experienced the same thing. These overwhelming urges are never good. The resulting explosion of mucus was amazing to say the least. Luck for me a kind lady was close by and offered me some tissues. Un beknownst to me they were Puffs facial tissue with Vicks. Being a typical guy I surely didn't have any and beggars can't be choosers right? I got a mild shock when I inhaled before blowing, getting a good wif of Vicks in the tissue.

I've had a certain dislike for Vicks since childhood. My mothers solution to any sniffle was to fire up the vaporizer, load it with a tub full Vicks and force me to sit with a towel over my head breathing in the eye watering vapor. I think most nations have identified this as a heinous form of torture and have outlawed it's use, but things were a little more free and easy back in the day.

Well, now that I've grown up, I can tell a good thing when I feel it. Imagine how conflicted I was. Here was this eye watering vapor that I had come to hate as a child but, their was also this blessed feeling of clearing and relief!

What the!?!

Well, now I'm hooked. The sensation in my sinuses is what did it. Now I have them every where. I get the travel packs of Puffs facial tissue by the case. Look, unless you are going to be using a whole lot of tissues it just doesn't make sense to buy the large boxes. The Vicks will evaporate before your through and then what good is it? The travel packs are resealable and just the right size to keep everything fresh.

I try to stay away from any of the additives now put in facial tissues, but you make this sound feasible?? Thanks for sharing this viewpoint!
