How Pumpkin Oil Helps our Health

Pumpkin seed oil is extracted from the Styrian oil pumpkin and has a thick consistency and a green to dark brown color that results from the shell residues.

Note:

All men 50 years and older should take a supplement regular oil pumpkin seed to ensure proper functioning of the prostate.

There are no known toxicity related to consumption of pumpkin seed.

Determination:

Form extract of pumpkin seed the recommended dose is 100 to 150 mg per day.
