Spring is here!!  Everywhere we look trees are budding, flowers are blooming, newly born butterflies are fluttering through the skies, and women everywhere are bursting with a desire to decorate themselves to match the beauty all around them. This can be done with a blouse in a new "must-have" color, or with strands of the newest "must-have" colors of gold. But in my book the best way to welcome this fabulous new season is with a must-not go out without Spring Bag!

And so to that end I am offering the following reviews on my Top 3 "Must-Haves".

1. Marc by Marc Jacobs "Classic Q Grovee" in Electric Violet. This handbag is currently being offered at Nordstroms.com and Zappos.com. The trendsetting styling of this handbag produces not only a beautiful looking bag, but creates one that is also extraordinarily functional. It not only can be carried crooked in your arm, but also can be a fabulous looking shoulder bag as a removable shoulder strap comes with.  It has several organizational pockets inside, a zip-top closure, and is plenty big enough for all of your day trip needs. The softness of the leather melts in your hands, but does not cause the bag to collapse into itself. There are also feet to give added protection when you find you must set it down. It retails for $498, and truly is a must-see!
   
2. Kooba Women's Kellyn Leather Tote in Yellow. Yellow has become the season's most sought after color. And despite the "I can't wear yellow" fears a lot of us harbor a handbag in this shade is doable for all. The Kooba Tote carries this shade off perfectly, and functions as great as it looks. Multi inside pockets give it the organization we all seek, and the 9 inch shoulder drop allows us to throw and go! 3. B. Makowsky Soft Piped Shopper in Laguna, (a nice shade of blue.) Bringing the price point down a bit is this splendid offering by B. Makowsky. The bag retails for $298, but the feel of the glove leather would fool even the most keen eye into thinking you paid quite a bit more. This fun shaped handbag offers a 3 tiered organizational pattern with the middle compartment using a zippered closure. There are several inside slip pockets, and Makowsky's signature leopard print lining. The bag secures itself via a very strong magnetic closure, and not only can be carried in hand but over your shoulder as well with the included detachable shoulder strap. B. Makowsky bags are available at Nordstroms, Macys and QVC.
