Qassia Tips, Tricks, and Techniques

Qassia, now has a social networking site. I know it has been a while since I updated this page, but this was to let all of the Qassia members know that there is now a website that allows all Qassia members to communicate with each other, share ideas, etc.

I will not approve any accounts that are not already members of Qassia. You don't have to signup under my link to join Qassia, but you do have to be a member before you join the Qassia Social Network, entitled, "Qassia Faithful: Back and Forth Banter about Qassia".

I truly do love the Qassia website. I have been a member practically since it was first released into beta. It is still in beta and still growing, but I see a lot of very valuable potential with this website. It basically allows you to build an unlimited number of free dofollow backlinks to your website via intel.

What is Intel? Intel is a little snippet of intelligence on anything you feel the Qassia community could benefit from. It could be something like what a great experience you had at a local restaurant, or it could be something about how to knit a sweater. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as it is original unique content.

In the early stages a lot of users abused the system by submitting a lot of PLR articles and things of that nature. I worked with the programmer and got a system implemented that prevented this from happening. Now if any duplicate or rehashed content is added to Qassia it gets little to no credit in Qassia dollars.

I will tell you more about Qassia Dollars in a future post, but just to sum it up that is how your sites are weighted. I will also let you know the different ways that you can get Qassia dollars and how it will benefit your marketing efforts. I really love Qassia, because it gets rid of the need to post on someones blog with a comment about whatever they write about. On Qassia you can create whatever content suits your fancy. In fact I created an intel today on my addiction to Tetris. Ok. Qassia Dollars are the currency that Qassia uses to be able to give each individual site weight on the website. This is because you can have multiple websites on Qassia, for which you can be creating backlinks. Each site is given a weight based on its total allocated Qassia Dollars.

For instance if you $50,000 Qassia Dollars, then you could put 5 websites on Qassia, with $10,000 each, or you could put 1 site with $30,000, and the rest with any amounts adding up to the remaining $20,000. I for one keep all of my dollars for one site, because I want to be at the top of the list.

Yes. That is another benefit of the Qassia dollars. Whomever has a site with the most Qassia Dollars is put on the Qassia Top 50 Sites. So if you are one of the 50 sites whose Qassia Dollar allocation is in the top 50, then your site gets put on that list.

Qassia is growing in popularity and this could do absolute wonders for driving traffic to your website. This is in addition to the benefits of getting multiple backlinks from the intel from a website with a rapidly growing PR.

How do you get Qassia Dollars? There are 3 ways you can get Qassia Dollars. You can get Qassia Dollars from referring other members to Qassia, like I am trying to do myself, and have been successful at so far. You can get Qassia Dollars by adding intel to the site. Something of recent has changed about the intel. It used to be that intel wasn't as valued as referrals are. Now intel, if you are a good writer can get you as much as $300 Qassia dollars per intel.

This however, doesn't hold true for the first 24 hours you are a member of Qassia. In the first 12 hours you can get $500 per referral. In the following 12 hours you can still get $200 per referral. Then after that it is only $100 per referral. So far I have gotten around 50 or so referrals, without actually putting a lot of effort into it. I didn't try when I first signed up. I should have. That would have meant as much as $25000 Qassia Dollars.

I will give more tips in the future on how some of the benefits of Qassia Dollars and being a member of the site can do wonders for both SEO and driving traffic to your site. Until then, I have a website to finish.

Now, moving right along, as promised I am going to give you an idea of how Qassia Dollars will benefit you on the Qassia website. You see after the first 24 hours have passed, even though you can still get $100 Qassia Dollars per referral, it is actually more profitable to add intel.

Whenever you add new intel to Qassia, you can earn up to $100 Qassia Dollars for the length of your intel. In addition you can earn up to $300 more Qassia Dollars for the score you get on your intel. Basically after your intel is submitted, before it is posted live on the site, 10 Qassia members have to rate your intel. You can get similar scores to what you got in high school. Now I don't know the exact scores for each individual grade, but on average my intel even if it gets a C++ score I get around $150 to $200.

The highest score I have received to date was a B++, but that was before the credit for intel was changed. At the time I got $200 for that intel, but now it may be worth $250-$350 for length and grade. This is why providing unique quality intel is highly valuable on Qassia. It doesn't do well to post unoriginal content.

If you do that, you run the risk of either being banned for posting copyrighted content, or if it is a Private Lable Rights article, you will only get $20 Qassia Dollars for the submission. If you want to copy content directly from your blog, that is okay because you it is your content, but you will only get half credit for that intel since it isn't original. This has been working so far to prevent spamming. Only a few people on the site have been spamming or posting copyrighted content. The copyright violations will get you banned for sure. If you spam the site you could get banned, but it doesn't always happen that way.

Now to the point of this post. Basically once you start posting quality content on Qassia, much like you do here on Hub Pages, your scores will not only improve, but they will also get more click throughs on your links in the intel. This can help drive a lot of traffic to your site. I have already seen benefits from this, and the search engine on the site isn't even live yet. Once that bad boy goes live, then you will have the ability for users to search by keywords for your intel. So in the end, in addition to the backlink you get for the intel, you also get potential traffic and sales through the intel you post.
