How to improve Team Spirit
79Quality circles is a group activity. In which 5-8 peoples from same workplace /same shift, every week meets for one hour to resolve their day to day worklife problem. If they identify any type of small problems they resolve it themself. Generally quality circle is a workers participation in decicion making process.
Emoployees create value when every employee feels valued. Hence the management recognise members of QCs for their positive attitude towards initiative taken and success got regarding problem solving of their work area in various ways. On regular basis QCs are encouraged for conducting weekly QC meeting of one hour to develop their thought process and meeting skills. After completion of project, each QC presents his case study before management of different levels like department, zone, division and plant. Thus each member of QC learns/improves his presentation skills like speaking, using body language, operating PC/laptop etc and feels pride & understands his contribution. Collectively they learn/improve to present their subject matter in acceptable manner for inviting suggessions for improvement.

How Quality Circle improve Listening Power
When the Quality Circles members meeting for discussion. The time, Place and topics are known to every members so that then can genarate more and more ideas.During brainstorming session critism not allowed. Only possitive idea to be generated. Every member respect each others idea. if a member giving an idea, everyone should listen his idea and should be writen in meeting register. Slowly Slowly this habbit to listen first then react is coming in members.
How Quality Circle improve Presentation Skill
During Project Presentation they learn how to present case study solve by them. Every member of Quality Circle tell something about implemented project without hesitation in front of senior officer
