If you have been reading my ramblings, then you know that I'm not sharpest knife in the drawer. Sure don't know how to fix many of the problems in the world. I have learned a few things in life over the years though and most are down to Earth experiences of life. Take the time to listen, read and learn. If I have learned but one thing it's that for changes to take place for the better. We must at least do our small part and voting is something we can do. Vote for folks that meet you standards and goals.

Today is Dec 23, is the world safer? Is it a better place than before? Watching the news earlier this day find this year has passed with many ups and downs. None seem to really have been an improvement for the average American and for thqt matter rest of the world. Still same useless news about some famous celeberty getting in hot water and acounts of whats wrong in middle East. Everyone seems intent on being the I told you so attitude.

Christmas is almost here and know at least in my small part of the world its not as bad as could be but sure could be better. This is a time we need to be giving thanks for what we do have and try to help in some small way make it better for someone else.
