Like when you are going out for the evening and you spend the time to really get ready, don’t you feel different, than if you throw on a pair of sweets.
Sure of course you do. Well, when you start to lose weight the feeling is twice that because your doing something for yourself that is good for you and it show.
When you feel better about yourself, you will start to get more active socially, and begin to enjoy doing things more so than you did before. By now you are really getting noticed and people that knew you then, now say “ WOW “ “You really look great“.
