This is great! People don't think to check on these kinds of things and wait for it to come on the news, but by then, it may be too late!

glassvisage, you are right - by the time it makes the news it may be too late. I find that it's easier to monitor this if you keep using the same few foods. Google Alerts can be really helpful to keep an eye on recalls for the specific brands.
