Cholesterol is a lipid found in the cell membranes of all animal tissues, and it is transported in the blood stream of all living species. Most of the cholesterol in the body is synthesized by the body and some have dietary origin.
Higher blood concentrations of LDL (low density lipoprotein) are strongly associated with cardiovascular diseases and are therefore often termed "bad cholesterol", high concentrations of functional HDL (high density lipoprotein) offer protection.
These balances are mostly genetically determined but can be changed by exercise, food choices and other factors.
There are many good reasons to start up with exercise. Physical exercise contributes to weight loss. If you burn more calories than you take in through nutrition, you lose weight and vice versa. When you exercise you burn more calories than when you don't exercise. All other factors equal, the more you exercise the more weight or fat you'll lose. That's really simple.
The probability of developing a large number of various diseases has been proven to decrease dramatically thanks to physical exercising. About 4/5's of deaths are linked to life-style factors like stress and lack of physical training. This shows that many of the risk factors and diseases caused by inactivity are working together to damage your health. Don't let this happen - start exercising today.
Cut back on foods high in dietary cholesterol. Some commonly eaten cholesterol-containing foods include whole eggs, shellfish, "organ" meats such as liver, and whole milk. Egg whites don't contain cholesterol and are good protein sources, so they're fine.
Love to your body

Are You Ready to make a lifestyle Change?
When it comes to weight loss, lifestyle and change, you need to make some changes to be successful at losing weight. It may seem like losing weight is a simple goal - do some exercise; go on a diet and voila! It is not that simple, but it is worth trying.
Losing weight may sometimes seem like hard work, and that often means changing different aspects of your life, like; how you spend your time, how you schedule your day, and how/what you eat.
If the way you live doesn't allow for these changes, how far will you get?
What is your lifestyle like?
The reason lifestyle is so important is because how you live determines your choices and these choices decide how healthy you are.
So what is a healthy lifestyle? The typical components include not smoking, eating healthy foods, exercising and keeping the body at a healthy weight. Where do you fall on the healthy lifestyle?
Healthy living means spending time and energy on your body. Moving it around and paying attention to what you put into it. Staying in an unhealthy lifestyle means you can avoid expending energy, time and effort...but at what cost?
As humans, we like habits and routines, so much that we often keep doing the same things even when we know they aren't good for us. Changing bad habits takes time and effort and, for a healthy lifestyle, you may be changing a variety of things. What does it take to change your lifestyle and how do you know if you're ready?

The word love has many different meanings, from something that gives a little pleasure to something one would die for.
I want to say; we should all love our lives and give it the best there is while we are around to enjoy it!
Imagine a quiet evening, sitting on the riverbank and fishing. Suddenly there's a fish on the hook. Barbeque the fish and eat it, enjoy.
In this scenario you have done splendid things for your body; exercised when you walked to the river, stressed down while you were fishing and you ate some fresh fish.
Your body says; "Thank You"!
