most calls i got this summer was refrigerator freezer ok but refrigerator compartment not cooling sometimes the drain hole under the evaporator coil is clogged so the defrost water spill over and block the vent where the cold air travels through to the refrigerator compartment-but the most common thing is that the evaporator fan motor burn out- refrigerator repair men-our favourite animal is not a cat or dog-it is a rat-we don't have them as pets but we love them-well i love them because they give us work-most refrigerators have another fan motor in the back the condensor motor-sometimes when the refrigerator is not working at all it's because a rat is killed between the fan blade and the bracket-if the fan is not working the compressor will over heat and shut down-so stop looking at me funny when i say i love rats-- i have a reason-i live in new york city-i love new york.

This problem is usually in the summer time that the refrigerator start to get warm, however the condensor fan motor might have stop working during the winter but the problem only show up when the temperature get really hot.
