I recently sent you a check in the amount of $917.67 with an escrow shortage stub in order to keep my monthly mortgage payment low, It was not a mortgage payment for the month of 02/01/2008. You will be receiving a monthly mortgage payment for February by 02/15/2008. I mailed the stub with the escrow shotage payment in order to prevent any problems or misunderstandings such as this. Please make the necessary corrections and mail me a new payment booklet for this year 2008.
