There are already a number of walkthroughs available for Resident Evil 5. So I thought I'd put together a list of my preferred versions. I like to check both text video game walkthroughs and video walkthroughs if I'm stumped in a particular level or having to fight against a really difficult boss.

I haven't started playing RE5 yet myself, but I've been watching some of the video walkthroughs and it looks like it is even more action oriented than Resident Evil 4. And far less survival horror. But maybe the mood changes as the game continues.

I'm going to miss Leon, but Chris Renfield certainly will be fun. RE5's basic premise is that Chris Renfield is in Africa to find his partner, Jill Valentine. Like other Resident Evil games, he also has a useless ally who will probably spend most of her time getting in his way. Her name is Sheva.

There's already some pretty complete video walkthroughs of Resident Evil 5 posted on Youtube.I've waded through quite a few to find the ones I believe are the most useful.

I usually look for videogame walkthroughs posted by Boffyrox (as above) because he provides running commentary in English. This can be really helpful because he gives game tips as he runs through the game. I've included parts 1 and 2 of his Resident Evil 5 walkthrough here, but you can find the complete playlist on youtube .
