Rock Bottom, A Poem about despair and hope
63
To hit rock bottom doesnt hurt the most it's the fall that will get you everytime
Broke apart a flimsy dream
that had not begun
Somehow it had already ended
Strange how these things happen
All the time
Even when you are most prepared,
you never are
Broke a promise that was the undoing
So strong and so weak,
when it most counts
Was it right to make
such a promise in vain?
There was never a way
it could ever be held
Broke a pick trying to break
through the ice that had grown
so thick a sound could not be heard
Can't help but think
that somethings must die
Forever remember,
and somedays smile
To hit rock bottom doesnt hurt the most
It's the fall that well get you everytime
Cause at least at the bottom
You can look ahead and maybe enjoy the climb
ABOUT ME
This black and white photo is a picture of me. One of the shots taken from the professional photo shoot we arranged for our band. This poem is one of my songs.
I am a musician, songwriter, bass player, guitar player, performer. My voice is very powerful, if you would like to hear songs of mine, I created a profie on myspace music. These songs are demos, recorded live with one mic in the room, still works in progress and yet to be recorded professionally. I sing in these songs only, I don't play any instruments ...More pictures of me too

I now play bass and sing back ups in the band Jilly Rappaport. We play locally and have a lot of fun when we do. Three piece, raw and unique. These songs are a blast...give them a listen. This is the profile I created on myspace music to share this band & pics too.

Another of my passions is my garden. This is my little paradise. I did all the work in it personally, a very hard worker I do not stop when I begin a project ...working long hard hours late into the night , by the light of the street lamp and loved every minute of it. I created a site to share my garden. I love to photograph the incredible flowers. This is my garden

Sooooooooooooo very eloquently put! And such incredible words of wisdom, too, if one is only able to heed them in their times of need...
