Hi there

Good article

I'm a doctor who specialises in shoulder pain and I cant emphasise enough how important it is to get good advice about exercises and stretching for the rotator cuff muscles. There are four of them in all - supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis and teres minor - and each one needs a specific set of exercises and stretches to ensure good function and to prevent or heal an injury.
