While running it is ok to push your body to its limits. However if you feel dizzy, have a side stitch that will not go away, experience pain in your chest area beware. You May want to see a doctor depending on how you feel.
Depending on the pain slow down or immediately stop running. Either rest or walk for awhile till you feel better.
Running is an awesome and fantastic exercise, but it is possible to do too much too soon.

Being consistent is very important in running and exercising. Follow your running schedule that allows for slow and regular mileage build up.
Low intensity running is the best way to help acheive your goals. Many new runners start off with high intensity fast running. Develop a solid running base, then add in speed drills and some hill running. Speed drill and hills should not be incorporated into a runners training plans until they have been running for 4-6 weeks.
