Sadha (Sadha has all the right asset to mke it big in south Indian film industry. But of late, her popularity is going down. Her upcoming film "Naan Aval Adhu" (name changed from "Leelai") will decide her further standing in Tamil film industry.
Born on 17 February 1984, to a Muslim Family in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, she shot to fame with her award winning performance in Jayam (2002) in Telugu with Nitin and remade in Tamil as Jayam (2003) (alongside with Jeyam Ravi). Her most successful movie ever is Anniyan (2005) (Tamil) with Vikram which was dubbed in Telugu (Aparichitudu) and Hindi (Aparichit).
She quit her engineering studies in Information Technology at SNDT College of Engineering, Mumbai, after first Tamil movie Jayam was also a hit. She is a trained Kathak dancer. She has done couple of Kannada and Malayalam movies. But she is successful in Tamil and Telugu circuits.
