Okay so if your new to sales pages, don't worry. I break them down using a simple structure. You follow this structure you will be fine. Below is the universal structure that can pull in $1,000's every day.

Your Sales Page Sections:

1. Headline 
2. Sub Headline
3. Copy
4. Bonus
5. Guarantee
6. Urgency - Call To Action
7. Reply Mechanism
8. Post Script

Your Headline

Forget about features, your customers do not care about features, they only care about what the page they are reading is going to do for them. In your headline, you will need to list your most important promise to the reader.

Your Sub Headline

These sub headlines break up content, to help skimmers find important parts of your page. This is also under your main headline. You this to sum up your Headline in a nut shell and talk about the benefits.

Your Copy

This is the part where you demonstrate the benefits of the product and then prove it with testimonials or case studies. You also will like to re-state your offer at the end and tell them what exactly they will receive.

The Bonus

Have more bonuses in your offer, the better your sales page converts. Be sure to use a bonus to motivate the prospect and in fact show them how much the bonus will cost them. Always show the dollar value in your bonuses.

The Guarantee

One of the most crucial parts of your sales page is your guarantee. Be sure to use a guarantee that reduces the risk from the customer. That is what guarantees are all about.

Urgency And Call to Action

Don't forget about your calls to action... Many people will write a sales page and then forget to create a call to action and urgency. Let them know the product or service may not be available for long, etc!

Reply Mechanism

This is the step by step process of how they can get the product or order it. Give your prospect a very easy way to order from you. To do that... tell them exactly how to do it!

Post Script

The post script is the P.S.S. that you find at the bottom of the letter. It is a summary of everything in your sales letter. The product, price, terms, guarantee, bonuses, and scarcity. Use 3 to 5 sentences at most for a P.S.S. these babies are the icing on the cake.
