The First Step
The first step will be getting your feet and legs into the correct position. You should put your feet on the ground and make sure that your toes are pointed out to the front. Separate your feet just slightly and keep them flat on the ground. Once you have done this you are ready for the next step.
After your feet are planted on the ground, raise your hands up to the ceiling and be sure to stretch your back as far as you can. Clasp your hands together above your head. Make sure that you keep your feet flat and your back extended as far as you can.
With your hands clasped together, begin turning your arms and upper half of your body in a circular motion. You should keep your arms stretched as far as you can and as you turn in small circles you will feel your spine stretching out and it should feel wonderful!
