Setu Bandha Sarvangasana

And then grab your feet with your arms and try to uplift your neck as possible. Keep the feet parallel and move from upwards to downwards slowly with slow inhale and slow exhale. Salamba Kapotasana

Sit straight with closed legs. First, slowly move the right leg extending it to your back, now, extend your left leg to the front. Stay in that position, and inhale and exhale at least for 10-15 times. This is a easing pose and you can do it after every asana. It helps the hip joints, keeps them flexible and improves their movement.

Eka Pada Viparita Dandasana

Lie down on your back making yourself comfortable enough and put your arms back into the head. Slowly rise your right leg up and bring forward your left leg towards your buttocks. Body will be completely raised above the ground and completely backbend with the support of one feet and shoulder. The pose will stretch open the front of the body specially the thighs, chest and shoulders.

Salabhasana

Lie down on your belly with arms rested on both sides of the body. Lift your head, arms, and legs with slow exhalation and rest on your lower ribs, belly, and front pelvis. Arms will be raised parallel to the floor and eyes gazing forward or upward. Hold on your breathe for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then release with an exhalation.
