Sandman

The Gap was a comical interlude that took place during the live recording of the Australian television series Good Weekend.

Presented by the forceful and dominating Sandman and the oppressed and eternally sad faced Flacco (www.squidoo.com/flacco) the dysfunctional comic duo disturb, disgust and defile themselves, each other and the audience, both the live studio audience and the television viewing public.

Their routines were simple in nature but were whimiscal, surreal and a heavy dose of the absurd.

The comedy value was as much in their timing, Sandy's deadpan expression and Flacco's facial gestures as the script.
