Self Esteem Training

Its not easy to help a person with a low self esteem when they have a negative self image of themselves. There are many reasons for this, but improving how you see your self from the inside is one of the most important steps in increasign your self confidence and self esteem.

So what kind of self esteem training can you do to improve your self? First write down all the negative beliefs that you have about your self, either if they are rational or irrational beliefs just write it down.

Now, look at them and mark those that you know are irrational beliefs, things that you know are not true but you still have negative thoughts about you.

Of all the beliefs that you wrote down, all those are just the result of your negative thoughts, they just exist in your mind, you can change everyone of your beliefs for positive ones.

Maybe you dont like your body image and you have negative thoughts about your self because you think that people talk about you, you are worried about what other people think. People are going to see you the way you think about your self, if you dont change your self image to a positive one, they are not going to perceive you well.

However, you circumstances can be difficult and very complicated to change, maybe you dont have control over many of those circumstances, however the only thing that only you control is your mind, you are the only one that have the power to change you thoughts.

When you start to think positive about your self your self image will increase and you will feel much more confident of anything you do. It does not matter what anyone else think, it just matters what you think of your self, then everything that affects you will start to change.

I don't think there is a cure for low self-esteem
