There really is nothing like burying your face in some serious sweater meat whilst standing, and it's so easy for you. Look at it this way: most men don't want a girl who makes them feel like a little pussy. This says a lot about your character. Remember, successfully hitting on women, no matter who they are, always comes down to two things:
1. Being bold. Don't be afraid to be outrageous. Everyone knows you're short, but you don't have to act like it. Do you know who the LA Lakers first round draft pick was?...I'll give you a clue: He's 7 feet tall, has a ten inch cock and balls of steel. That's right big guy...It's you! Try looking them square in the nipple and say "Listen, I would look you in the eyes, but I'm more interested in these guys." Then proceed to make suckling noises. That's general advice for everyone but there are also certain things short men shouldn't do. Avoid situations where you're standing directly next to a tall girl. Especially on the dance floor. Girls are much more self concious than guys and the true root of your problem is that women are insecure with themselves. They don't really have any problem with a short guy, they're just worried about how people will view them when it looks like they're babysitting their date. Along the same lines, don't hold hands while you're crossing the street, it looks weird.
Another thing, don't over do it with the workingout. The Napoleon Complex is never more apparent than when a little guy tries too hard to make himself look bigger. When a short guy builds large muscles, he looks like a summer sausage. Unless you know a girl who's really into Pepperidge Farms, stick to cardio workouts.
You should also project your voice and speak loudly so that women don't have to bend down to hear your pansy babble. Other than that, wear vertical stripes and let loose. I hope you have a good sense of humor, because the girl you end up with will have a great one.

Cam, I think you need a disclaimer for this one like you did with the "0/12 doctors recommend" this advice. When you're 6'6" you have a slanted view on short. Also, what's a tall girl? I say 5'10" is tall for a women, but someone told me my 5'6" wife was tall. I say she is short (at least to me) It's all a matter of perspective.

Okay, so here it is...I am 6'2 and always wanted a taller guy, but never ended up with one. It's not at all a matter of being shallow, but there's just something about dancing with someone and being able to look up at him and have a great make-out session. There is a sense of security when a women is with a taller guy, but from my past experiences, I've always thought it to be a super turn on for a guy who's shorter than me to actually have the courage to come up to me and ask me out. I have dated both guys who are shorter than I am and taller than I am. My current boyfriend is 5' 6'' (That's a five inch height difference, folks) and he is amazing. I think a lot can be said about a guy who is confident enough not to let the height difference bother him or make him insecure, and who can shrug off the snide remarks from ignorant people. If you're friends and you can keep the same confidence than you're chances are even better.. and you'll feel great with you're newfound hapiness with yourself, assuming you can take it to heart. If its a possibility you'll know, and then you just have to interpret and follow her lead in the game. I think shorter guys and taller girls probably have better chemistry maybe because we're both sort of misfits heightwise. Cookie cuttersville says men should be tall and women short. Being different probably helps develop your personality more. i think shorter guys and taller girls make attractive couples. Any couple that's crazy about eachother is a beautiful thing. Also, I think that the United States draws more attention and fusses over physical features than most other countries since the more insecure someone is the more likely they'll buy products/surgery to "improve" their look.

To answer your question guys should be confident and go for what they want, forget your insecurities BUT don't bring height up or make a joke about the height difference right away. Being taller isn't the issue for me, it's when it's POINTED OUT right away that it makes me feel very self conscious, (like i'm an amazon or something) then I wonder if the only reason I was approached was because i'm an amazon (and i'm not!) instead of being attractive or interesting. Just like you wish to be noticed for who you are as a person. If too many comments are made about my height right away I run for the hills and never look back. Then you've also probably put me in a bad mood. I think that short guys are just trying to be nice and funny or make a lighthearted joke but they should know taller girls can be as insecure about their height as shorter guys. It can be fun to tease after you know someone better.
I'm 5'7" and I met a guy who's 5'4" and I think he's amasing! We recently started dating and its awesome.. He didn't do anything to get my attention he was just himself. Good personalitys are key for me so be yourself guys! Height isnt everything no matter when anyone thinks.. Its truely the inside that really counts in the end... so be a good person and you'll surely find the girl of your dreams no matter how tall she is!

I always thought about her and still do .. but the height difference always pushed me back, and kept me away from doing anything.. Hiyas. Firstly, i have to join the great many in saying Tallgirl, i'm sorry but it is true, you are a dumb shi t. If you only go for guys who are taller than you you are severely squashing your available market. Not only that, you are instantly dismissing people who may have been all the answers to all your dreams once you get to know them. i am a shortish guy at 5-7 and have found that shorter guys tend to be more intelligent, funny and talented than taller guys (not a rule though!) who can tend to be rather apeish in behaviour. I have always been attracted to taller girls, and i think it IS because they are taller than me.. (partially anyway).. but i dont think thats a bad thing... i think people always want what they cant have. The grass is always greener etc.. Ugly fat guys want hot women. Rich women want richer men. Short guys may receive attention from shorter girls, but not the taller ones (due to insecurities on BOTH SIDES!!).. this is very important.. But i think the key is to Know Yourself! Realise that you are the shorter guy who is attracted to that that has always seemed 'out of reach' - pardon the pun - and so dont see it as a dark fetish that should be shunned.. simply realise what you want and go out there and get it! When we check into a hotel i use the shorter bathrobe, the smaller bedroom slippers etc...Also when we go out partying. Initially I was attracted to my wife s height but now i wonder...at one party game i remember guys had to tie rubber bands on the partner s hair and it was so embarassing as i was the only one who could not reach her hair as she was wearing heels .....similarly when we go to buy shoes in a store....or when we try to dance....its not easy but love conquers everyting

I was first concerned about our height difference. I'm 6ft 2, 187cm tall. Well He got me convinced, mostly because of his strong persona. The being height challenged compared to me didn't matter at all to him.

I am a very observant person. I have noticed that shorter people tend to look more youthful and attractive. However, most women are attracted to strength and power (unlike men). On the other hand, shorter men appear to be more intelligent or personable, which I assume is compensation for the social inequality due height.

I'm northern Chinese at practically 5'7 and I have a lovely and cute little boyfriend from the south who's barely 5'5. Know something that's almost as hard as a short man trying to score a random tall girl out of the blue? Getting the attentions of a 'cool'/cute Asian guy, ugh. A good number of them won't look you in the eye and the 180 cm ones who can, still seem to only go with 5'4 and under girls, because to them, small is a requisite for femininity. Even my boyfriend said "I don't like tall girls" when he first met me, the dork. But I digress! Here are some nice daily perks about being with a shorter guy:
-You can see over his head! A tall boyfriend is like having a tall satellite constantly blocking your view.
-He eats less than a full-sized man, so you're more likely to finish your meals together, and have similar appetites.
-His clothes aren't as huge so they're easier to wash and fold.
Being short is a blessing in a lot of sports too. My boyfriend is Hong Kong(ese?) and he's built like the typical model, compact build with short limbs and a long torso. It's great in martial arts, karate, and parkour. Explosive movements are more efficient to carry out on a small muscular frame than one that's more spread out. They also fit in aircraft better (piloting!) and if you're reeeally petite, you can be a jockey. And/or get child admission passes to movie theatres and stuff. As someone mentioned earlier, some short guys can look really young. He's actually 3 years older than me, but sometimes it doesn't feel like it.

I'm a 6'3" woman and I have never dated someone taller than me. In fact, I prefer shorter guys, due to the fact they always seem to have the best personality. I am confident, assertive and fairly dominant person, but I like to defer decisions etc to the guy - simply because I enjoy empowering and supporting any man that I am with. I tend to liken myself to a lioness though, when it comes to someone threatening/insulting my 'man' - and the short guys I've been with seem to get a real kick out of it.
All of this convo seems funny to me. I see it like this, if a taller girl has no interest in you because your short there is nothing you can do about it and she is obviously a primitive and shallow person who hasn't caught up with the times and is still in that hunter/gather mentality. I personally refuse to date shallow woman. It doesn't matter to me what a woman's height is. I'm 5ft 3 and my significant other is not only a gorgeous goddess but she is also 5ft 10. I fell in love with her for who she is not her height. So as far as I'm concerned it's either due to preferences or shallowness one or the other when it comes to taller woman not liking short men.
