I tried to write on how to lose weight in the following manner.

There are many ways you can lose your weight. I am going to mention some of the good points which are very simple and easy to follow.

Some of the examples are:-

Exercise, get up early in the morning and do it for half an hour. You feel fresh and if you do it regularly you will see the changes.

Second is Gym, if you can give 2 to 3 hours to exercise hardly then Gym is the better option to lose the weight and its advantage is you will gain good shape and size it keeps you fit and fine.

Third is Medicines, there are so many medicines available in the market that are useful to lose weight. But buy it only you trust them; ask for allergy and other things.

These methods are good to lose weight but though they are not always possible,because nowadays we don't have so much of time for all these things, am I right?

I’ll tell you the other method, if you don’t have the time to proceed with all these methods. Yes, I know you are looking for time saving method in these busy day life’s.

Calorie counting, yes the calorie counting method, keeping eye on your calorie is the good way to check your weight. By this we can burn more calories than we consume in a day. There are some easy steps that any child in the world can do it, if anyone can understands this then it means you are on the perfect way to lose weight.

Steps are: - One, just keep on eye how many calories you eat a day. Watch it from time to time, check when you eat after you get up from bed till you go to bed. But if you have to do this seriously, you have to make a note of every single calorie.

Two, end of the night add the total number of calories you took but you should be honest and after that you will get the grand total of the calories you consumed.

Three, now you have started counting calories so eat less 200 calories than you normally take. For example, when you started counting calorie the calorie were 800. OK. For the rest of the month or week for trial you will eat 600 calories per day, isn’t that simple? Keep an eye on your day to day record to check your calorie record or note.

Four, make it simpler take 5 to 6 meals for every after 3 hours. This is good for speeding up your metabolism.

Five, if you are really dedicated to lose weight then keep on exercising and do some yoga for not more than half an hour a day. Exercise can also be done depending on what amount of weight you want to lose, if you have to lose more weight then you should be honest to this and give 100%.

Six, for results stand on your weight machine at the 30th of the month if you have started the procedure at 1st of the month, I guarantee you, you will notice the difference. But don’t expect a lot of losing weight, because it is harmful to your health and keep it doing honestly till you lose as much as you can for the perfect shape.

These are some good and effective methods to lose weight.

I saw there are some people who take this problem (weight loss) as a big and suffer mentally or physically.

If you think that you want to lose that excessive fat in you and not to look disgusting, firstly you have to understand that exercise is must then nothing.

The perfect diet and good exercise gives results of good figure or shape.

You must careful about your diet while continuing your exercise.

Regular exercise is good, but eating heavy, fatty food, oily food a lot per day will not be going to help you at any condition, while at the time when you are decreasing your weight figure. So you should be careful and “not giving order to eat less” but you can try to consume less oily and fat free food. It will be more better that if you go for more vegetables which are cooked with very very little oil and some fruits.

Join yoga do it for around 20 minutes a day.

Follow it for 10 to 15 days, add some other normal exercise thrice a week, go for walk, and try not to use the elevator.

After doing this regularly, you will notice some weight loss it means your body confirms to your new exertion, then go for more activities like walking more, join dance, aerobic. Extend your exercise time (15 previous new- 30min. like this). It will be better that you will do it daily.

Remember, don’t overdo it, try not to do too hard if you will then you’ll leave the exercise plan behind, because your muscle will pain too badly to ponder it. Be a bit tired after workout, not burst in suffering.

Carry them out regularly and these are definitely going to help you...
