increased by adding legumes (konda kadalai, pattani, parupu etc...) and
cutting down on rice.

died recently primarily due to this).
Managing your waist is very
important, few tips on how to reduce it.
- Break your meals into small portions, stay away from 3 big huge meals.
- Drink at least 5 glass of Green Tea (No sugar, No Milk).
- Cut down on Rice.
- Eat your dinner 2-3 hours before going to Bed.
- Add fruits and vegetables to diet, minimally 3 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegetables.
- Reduce usage of Oil.
- Add Omega 3 supplements.
- Cut down on soda.
- Maintain a healthy BMI of 19-25.
- Finally 30 Minutes of Walk daily, no excuses.
This way the diet has worked for me.
