Vegeterian eaters have a low intake of protein, and this can be increased by adding legumes (konda kadalai, pattani, parupu etc...) and cutting down on rice.

Pot Belly constitutes a very high risk and can be a potential reason for heart attack (Tim Russet a famous news anchor died recently primarily due to this).


Managing your waist is very important, few tips on how to reduce it.

  • Break your meals into small portions, stay away from 3 big huge meals.
  • Drink at least 5 glass of Green Tea (No sugar, No Milk).
  • Cut down on Rice.
  • Eat your dinner 2-3 hours before going to Bed.
  • Add fruits and vegetables to diet, minimally 3 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegetables.
  • Reduce usage of Oil.
  • Add Omega 3 supplements.
  • Cut down on soda.
  • Maintain a healthy BMI of 19-25.
  • Finally 30 Minutes of Walk daily, no excuses.


This way the diet has worked for me.
