Ken Evoy's Site Build It Reviews

There is so much advertising hype about Ken Evoy's Site Build It (SBI) that it's hard to know what is what. And it's hard to make out what is real and what is just made up.

Therefore the purpose of this Site Build It Independent Review is to give you my personal view on the good and bad of Ken Evoy's SBI. And in doing so give you a good idea if it is the package for you or not.

To begin I would like to say that "I do not honestly believe SBI is for everyone". Am I saying it is no good – to the contrary it is a very good package for the right person.

Who is SBI for?

If you already know your niche. If you have already done keyword research. If you know about ftp, how to get a domain and how to get hosting – I would advise that Site Build it is probably not your best bet and that XsitePro might be a better solution for you.

BUT

If you are a total newbie to internet marketing; if you have never created a site; don’t know any html; have no idea about hosting and domains.

If you don't know what sort of internet business to set up and don't have a niche (or even know what one is) then SBI is a brilliant place to start. This was me a few years ago - so it is definitely for you..

If you have an American offline business and want to build your own web presence.

Then SBI is for you.

It is made with You in mind – don't even hesitate, just get it HERE.

Can You Really Make Money With Site Build It?

Yes and Maybe.

That's not a sensible answer, I here you say. Well it's a difficult question to answer, is my reply.

The quick answer is "Yes", profits are made from SBI sites every day. But…

It really depends on the niche you pick and the keywords you use and how well you adhere to the SBI guide. The guide is brilliant but you have to follow it.

If you follow the SBI guide every step of the way; And do all the steps you have a great chance of making money.

Be warned right now – this is NOT a get rich quick type of scheme. SBI is the building of a real online business and does take WORK.

It takes many hours of work to make a site profitable. If you think you will bemaking profits next week or next month – than this is not for you!

But with perseverance and following the guide you can make an online income.

My two websites which I will admit are not the best researched niches in the world make about $150 per day. No it's not massive but that is 7 days per week and now that they are mature I rarely do anything to them.

And now that I have learnt the fundamentals of internet marketing with SBI, I can explore new areas of internet marketing confident that I know the fundamentals.

Is Site Build It A Scam?

Having used SBI for a few years now, I had not even considered this. I mean I get what I pay for each year and so what is the scam?

The short answer is there is NO scam – they are a reputable company, you pay for what you get.

As I have stated before SBI is NOT a get rich quick scheme. In fact, I can’t even guarantee that you will make money using it; but it certainly is not a scam.

A few myths:

1) You don't own the domain name – totally nonsense!

Of course you own the domain name – all my domain names are in my name.

2) You can't move your site from SBI – totally nonsense!

I have moved a total of 8 sites out of SBI and have never had any sort of problem. Sure you will need to re-do some parts of them, but it's no big deal.

Why did I move them? As mentioned above I am now an experienced internet marketer and no longer need the hand holding that SBI provides. It's a great starting point but when you get more experienced you may find you don't need all the tools provided and can get cheaper hosting elsewhere. Having said that I still have two of my most profitable sites within SBI.

3) Part of SBI is the ability to provide newsletter and an auto-responder; now I have read that some are saying this is a scam, that it is not necessary. Well, I don't know where they learnt about internet marketing but nothing could be furtherer from the truth. Most IM experts including me, wish they had concentrated more on getting people signed to our newsletters.

4) That affiliates are paid a commission ($75) for every new SBI package sold. Yep it's true – click on one of my links, buy the product and I possibly get a commission.

So what? Most of the internet is built on this business system. Amazon.com was the first to promote it years ago as a business model. It's just like any commissioned salesman – you do the work, you get a commission. Just research 'affiliate marketing' for a while; to see what it's all about.

5) That SBI suggests you use pay per click (PPC) advertising.

SBI talks about PPC, it is part of learning about internet marketing but they don't suggest that it is for everyone. And it is certainly only something for the experienced to test.

6) That the $300 per year is pretty darn expensive.

Yes/No. Sure you can set up a website for much less than that; my non-SBI sites cost about $70 per year to maintain. But… you still have to set the site up, have it designed, get it ranked in the search engines etc etc.

And unless you know what you are doing, it's going to cost much more than $300.

If you have NO idea about internet marketing; NO idea how to run an online business; then SBI is a great place to start. As I said before, if you are experienced then I honestly don't think it's for you but if you are a Newbie then I can think of no better place to start.

Thanks for this. I am 63, educated and business oriented but lost most of my wealth. I have a great job but one day it will stop. I've never really made serious money online so this has been useful information for me and I am almost ready to go ahead. I started my search by finding a video about a 'module' called CONTENT 2.0. So I have a question - if I sign up and decide to use the SBI method, am I going to get all the tools I need, or am I going to be continually told that I need to buy more and more 'modules'?

All in all, this sounds like what I am looking for and there are many many more positive reviews online for SBI than negative ones. And I promise to buy via this site!
