List of enemies and how to defend yourself

Your skin has five main enemies which will be mentioned in this article. When the skin is attacked by these enemies we should know what action to take.

Skin enemy number one is the wind. Wind chaps and burns your precious skin. Older skin is more vulnerable because the older you get circulation slows down. Then you end up getting broken veins and patches, so you need to use an enriched moisturizer. Keep your head covered to avoid loss of heat and cover your face as well. Protect lips and eyes with a balming cream.

Skin enemy number two is the sun. Sun ages the skin causing wrinkles and pigmentation. Wear a foundation and lotion which contains a sunscreen if you spend a lot of time outdoors.

Skin enemy number three is the cold. The cold makes your skin look drier and older. You should wash with luke warm water not hot water and then apply a moisturizer while skin is damp. Use a gentle conditioning cream or lotion.

Skin enemy number four is pollution. Pollution clogs up pores leading to break outs and also makes it harder for moisturizing treatments to work. Washing too much can dehydrate the skin so just use enriched cleansers, skin lotions and moisturizers.

Skin enemy number five is heated rooms or just heat. Heat lessens amount of moisture in the air. You will end up getting puffy eyes due to fluid build up. Get a humidifier or simply place a bowl of water in your room.

That's about all. When the enemies attack I hope you will now defend yourself.

Thank you for reading. God bless you.

Good article for Skin care. Beauty maynot be just skin deep but then I am sure nobody wants to see my flesh & bones :-) LOL
